Brisbane Airport is 13 kilometres from the city center. Bus and rail transfers operate from the domestic and international airport terminals throughout the day and night, but if you're heading into the city centre (or heading down to the Gold Coast), the train is the easiest option.
Train transfers from the domestic and international airports run every 15 minutes from 6am until 7.30pm and they will take you to Brisbane city (22 minutes), the Gold Coast (1 hour 35 minutes), and most stops in between. One-way fares between the airport and Brisbane city are about $12 per person, if you're heading to the Gold Coast the fare is about $24

Arriving in Brisbane After Hours
If your flight lands after 7.30pm you can catch a shuttle bus (for roughly the same cost of a train), taxi (about $33 for the 20 minutes ride) or limousine. Operators of the various services are there to meet each domesitc and international flight.
